Paulo Ramirez

Paulo Nuno Horta Correia Ramirez holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra and a PhD and a postdoc from the Faculty of Law of the University of Salamanca. He is an associate professor at the Coimbra Business School (ISCAC/CBS), where he teaches in the Law and Social Sciences scientific field, with an emphasis on Commercial, Banking and Financial Law. He coordinates this scientific field since 2007, having chaired the Scientific Council of ISCAC/CBS. He collaborates with several institutions and has lectured, among others activities, at the University Fernando Pessoa and the University of Santiago (Cape Verde). He is a member of the Business and Legal Sciences Unit of the Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto. He is author of three books and several scientific articles.
