Cláudia Pinto, a research fellow at CEOS.PP, was a speaker at the 3rd edition of Digital Innovation, as part of WorldSkills Portugal IEFP.
Digital Innovation brought together more than 1,400 participants around a common goal: digital transformation, technology and innovation. The event took place as part of WorldSkills Portugal IEFP, between 12 and 16 November at Europarque in Santa Maria da Feira.
Cláudia Pinto, a research fellow at CEOS.P, presented the paper ‘Artificial Intelligence in Learning and Organisations: Present and Future’, the main aim of which was to motivate IEFP trainees nationwide to keep in touch with the digital world, which is increasingly supported by artificial intelligence, and to invest in acquiring digital skills. This was a time for sharing knowledge and experiences, where professionals and enthusiasts discussed the direction of digital transformation and innovation in the professions.
This initiative emphasises the importance and impact of technology on professional development, highlighting the need for continuous evolution to face future challenges.
