Participation in the Jury of the Consumer Friendly Municipality Award 2023, in the HOUSING Category, at the invitation of DECO

Invited by DECO (Portuguese Consumer Defence Association), Deolinda Meira, lecturer and researcher at ISCAP/CEOS.PP, was a member of the jury for the 2023 Consumer Friendly Municipality Award, in the HOUSING category.
This award aims to give visibility to innovative projects with a significant social impact developed by Portuguese local authorities. The award ceremony took place on 19 March at the Porto Business School in Matosinhos and was attended by DECO's Director-General, Ana Tapadinhas, and representatives of municipalities and entities from all over the mainland and islands.
Deolinda Meira has dedicated herself to studying the legal regime of housing co-operatives in Portugal, which is why she was invited to join the jury for this initiative.
