A reimagined performance model: the case of a micro-enterprise

On 28 October at 8.30 am in Room 202, FCEP will host another HRSharing session, dedicated to the topic ‘A reimagined performance model: the case of a micro-enterprise’.

The session will be led by Catarina Ferrão, Scrum Master on the project to implement fleet and driver management software, who will share her perspective on performance management within the context of a micro-enterprise.

The initiative is supported by CEOS.PP and aims to encourage reflection on performance management models and the challenges of applying them in smaller organisational structures, creating a space for sharing experiences and discussing management practices tailored to the realities of these organisations.
