Cristina Cardoso holds a PhD in Communication (University of Vigo), a Master's degree in Education Sciences (FPCEUP); a Bachelor's degree in Portuguese Sign Language Translation and Interpreting (ESE); and a Postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing and E-commerce (ISVOUGA).
Isabel Maldonado
Associate Researcher
Isabel Maldonado holds a PhD in Financial Economics and Accountancy from the University of Vigo, Spain, and is currently a professor at ISCAP, teaching in the areas of Financial and Analytical and Auditing. She is a full member at REMIT and an associate researcher at CEOS.PP, GOVCOPP and OSEAN, in the areas of Accounting, Auditing and Finance.

Joana Barbedo e Silva is a PhD student in Communication and Information Sciences at the Faculty of Arts of the University of Porto (FLUP) and a Senior Specialist in the Office of the President at the Higher Institute of Accounting and Administration of Porto (ISCAP).

Master's in HR Management from ESEIG, Polytechnic of Porto, and Bachelor's in Human Resources. Currently pursuing a PhD in Communication at the University of Vigo. With 20 years of experience, including roles in Local Administration and as a Senior Technician at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, her interests lie in HR management, work-life balance, and humanized management practices.

Sílvia Maria Pereira da Silva Faria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from ISCET, a Master’s degree in Business Management with a specialisation in Marketing from the University of Minho, a PhD in Economics from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, and is a specialist in Marketing and Advertising from IPAM, ISCAP and ISCAC.

Lecturer in Management at ISCAP-P. PORTO and ISEP-P.PORTO. Master's degree in Auditing and Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Administration, both from ISCAP|P.PORTO. PhD candidate at the University of Vigo in the Economic Analysis and Business Strategy programme. Researcher in the area of Insolvency, Business Viability and Corporate Governance.
Yana Baryshnikova Da Costa Marques
Associate Researcher
Holding a PhD in Comparative Modernities: Literatures, Arts, and Cultures from the University of Minho. Master's in Specialized Translation and Interpreting (ISCAP|P.PORTO). Adjunct Professor at the Porto Accounting and Business School – Polytechnic Institute of Porto, in the area of Languages and Cultures. Her research area is translation (Russian, Portuguese, and English), self-translation, intersemiotic translation, and intercultural studies.
