Estela Bastos is CEO and co-founder of VISUAL THINKING, with over 20 years of experience in strategic management and finance, specialising in the integration of innovation and technology in business decision-making. At the intersection of business, health and technology, she is CEO and co-founder of CASMI, President of CIIASM and member of HealthAI, contributing to the development and application of artificial intelligence-based solutions in organisational and research contexts. In the industrial sector, she acts as CFO-consultant at PROTAGMA, supporting technology companies in financial structuring, growth and the incorporation of automation and innovation into their business models. She is also an expert evaluator for the European Commission, participating in the evaluation of European innovation and digital transformation projects.
