Corporate Governance and Banking

Fernando da Costa Lima will give the open lecture ‘Corporate Governance and Banking’ on 7 January at 18:40, in online format.

The guest speaker is a non-executive director of Euronext Lisbon, Chairman of the Evaluation and Risks Committee, Member of the Board of Directors and of the Audit Committee of Millennium BCP, Visiting Professor at the Faculty of Economics of Porto and Chairman of the Board of the Observatory of Economics and Fraud Management.

The event takes place as part of the Research Group on Sustainability and Social Business Research Group of CEOS.PP and the Master's Programme in Corporate Finance.
