Dos objetivos organizacionais aos individuais: como fazer o processo de gestão de desempenho funcionar

The alignment between organisational objectives and employees’ individual objectives is the focus of yet another session of HRSharing, taking place at FCEP with the support of CEOS.PP.

Under the theme ‘From organisational to individual objectives: how to make the performance management process work’, the session features Filipa Pires, Managing Partner at Pessoas & Sistemas, who will address the challenges associated with implementing performance management processes within organisations.

The initiative provides an opportunity to reflect on how these processes can help align organisations’ strategic objectives with the work carried out by their teams, thereby promoting more effective performance management.

The session will take place on 20 October at 2.00 pm in room 202 at FCEP.
