How companies learn today: platforms, AI and new roles for HR

On 28 October at 10.00 am in Room 204, FCEP will host a new session in the HRSharing series, dedicated to the topic How organisations learn today: platforms, AI and new roles for HR.

The session, led by Fernando Ferrão from DIGIK, focuses on changes in learning and development processes within organisations, against a backdrop of the growing use of digital platforms and Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.

The discussion centres on the impact of these technologies on training in a business context and on the evolution of the skills and roles of Human Resources professionals, against a backdrop of new challenges in people management and development.

The HRSharing initiative, supported by CEOS.PP, promotes the sharing of experiences and knowledge on practices and trends in the field of Human Resources, creating a space for reflection on the challenges facing organisations.
