HR Sharing | Performance Management Software

Performance management and the role of technological tools within organisations will be the focus of the next HRSharing session, which will feature two experts from Uman Xpert HR Solutions.

Under the theme ‘Performance Management Software’, the session will take place on 10 November 2026 at 2.00 pm in Room 202 at FCEP, and will feature presentations by Cátia Araújo, People Culture & Compliance Manager, and Thársila Meireles, HR Business Consultant/Human Capital.

The initiative is supported by CEOS.PP and aims to promote the sharing of knowledge and experiences regarding digital solutions to support performance management, providing a forum for reflection on their application within organisations and their contribution to people management and development.
