IEEE Authorship and OA Symposium

The free IEEE Virtual Symposium on Authorship and Open Access: Tips and Best Practices for Publishing is a free live webinar that will provide authors with best practices for preparing a manuscript, navigating the submission process to a scientific journal and important tips on how to get published. It will also review the benefits that authors and academic institutions can have to increase the visibility and impact of their research by publishing through the various open access options made available by IEEE.

This webinar will feature the perspective of Giovanni Ghione, IEEE Fellow and Professor at the Politecnico di Torino, Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Electron Devices, and author or co-author of more than 350 research articles and several books in the areas of high-frequency electronics and optoelectronics.

With his extensive editorial and leadership experience at IEEE, Professor Ghione will share valuable information about IEEE's peer review and submission processes, as well as tips on what editors look for in submissions.
