Lucía Galicia Sanguino leads two seminars on ESG

FCEP will welcome, on 28 and 29 September, researcher Lucía Galicia Sanguino from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid, for two seminars focusing on different aspects of sustainability, corporate reporting and capital markets.

On 28 September at 6.30 pm, the seminar “ESG Controversies, Information Credibility and Firm Value” will take place in the FCEP Grand Auditorium, as part of the Master’s in Sustainability and Corporate Reporting and the Master’s in Accounting and Finance.

The following day, 29 September, at 4.30 pm, Lucía Galicia Sanguino will lead the seminar “ESG and Capital Markets” in the CEOS.PP Great Hall and online; this event is organised as part of the Master’s in Sustainability and Corporate Reporting and by CEOS.PP.

Lucía Galicia Sanguino is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Economics at Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid. In 2023, she completed her PhD in Economics at the same university, with distinction, having previously completed the International EBP Master’s in Finance at KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France, in 2016. Her professional career also includes experience in investment banking. In 2015, she began working in the Structured Finance department at Santander Investment Banking, as part of the Infrastructure Project Finance team, before moving to the Equity Capital Markets division of the same institution the following year.
