O evento decorre no dia 22 de abril, às 9h30, em formato online e destina-se à comunidade académica e ao público em geral, integrando vários programas de licenciatura e mestrado no ISCAP, incluindo as Licenciaturas em Contabilidade e Administração, em Assessoria e Tradução, em Criatividade e Inovação Empresarial e em Comunicação Empresarial e dos Mestrados em Contabilidade e Finanças, em Finanças Empresariais, em Auditoria e em Gestão e Enquadramento Legal da Economia Social.

Sobre a oradora convidada:

Lisa Powell is an interdisciplinary educator and researcher in the Department of Accounting at Monash Business School. Lisa has a PhD in Accounting and has completed the Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Graduate Certificate in Education. She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy UK. Lisa has been awarded the 2021 Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence, the 2022 Vice-Chancellor's Award for Teaching Excellence, and the national AAUT 2023 Award for Teaching Excellence for her work in rewilding accounting education. Lisa has a particular interest in ecological and multispecies justice. Her research incorporates posthumanist, ecofeminist, and queer theory perspectives to explore the role that accounting plays in social and environmental issues. Lisa incorporates creativity and interdisciplinary aspects into accounting education to develop innovative pedagogies that provide students with the opportunity to understand the interconnectedness of accounting and social and environmental issues. Lisa is passionate about issues of equity and diversity and has received the 2019 Vice-Chancellor's Diversity and Inclusion Award and the 2020 Dean’s Commendation for Equity, Diversity and Social Inclusion Education Excellence.
