The role of leaders in building interpersonal relationships within organisations

The seminar “The role of leaders in building human relationships within organisations” will feature Elisabete Rodrigues, HR Director at the Dr. Pinto Leite Group; Lidia Sá, Quality Director at Li & Fung Portugal; and Tânia Gonçalves, Team Manager for coaching, recruitment, retention and leadership at KW Alfa, FEP.

The event will take place as part of The Trends Hub'26, on 18 May at 8.00 pm in Auditorium 1 at ISCAP.

This initiative aims to reflect on the importance of leadership in creating healthy and effective human relationships within an organisational context, highlighting the role of leaders in motivating teams, internal communication, people management and building more collaborative and sustainable working environments.
