Ana Diogo

Associate Researcher

Ana Diogo holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour. She is an Assistant Professor at ISLA – Polytechnic Institute of Management and Technology. She also serves as International Project Manager at ETACADEMY (Leiria), where she coordinates Erasmus+ projects and internationalisation initiatives. She has over two decades of experience in the fields of management, organisational behaviour and human resource development. She is a prolific researcher, with numerous articles and book chapters published in leading journals and scientific works, and serves as a reviewer for prestigious academic journals in the fields of Social Sciences and Humanities.
