Ana Luísa Martinho has a PhD in Social Economy from the University of Valencia-Spain, a specialism in Human Resources from the Polytechnic of Porto, and a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in Sociology from FLUP. Her work as a consultant and trainer, as well as her research, focuses on equality and non-discrimination in the labour market, the socio-occupational integration of vulnerable people, management for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and HR Management and Development in social economy organisations. She has participated in various European projects and is currently co-coordinator of the MIGAP Project - MigrAção in Porto. The researcher is co-founder of the ISCAP&CEOS.PP All in Career - Embracing Diversity service and is a member of the UNESCO Chair in Social and Solidarity Economy.
