Senior lecturer at the Porto Accounting and Business School, Polytechnic of Porto. Postdoc in Information Technologies and Systems from the University of Coimbra, Department of Computer Engineering of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra. PhD in Software Engineering based on reusable components with Human-Machine Interface applications from the University of Vigo. Master of Management Informatics from the University of Minho and Bachelor of Informatics Applied Mathematics from the Lusíada University. He is currently a professor in the scientific area of Information Systems at the Porto Accounting and Business School/Polytechnic of Porto, ISCAP/PPorto. Full member of CEOS.PP research centre - Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of the Polytechnic of Porto. Between 2015 and 2018 he was coordinator of Higher Professional Technical courses (CTeSP) of the Porto Accounting and Business School (ISCAP) and coordinator for Market Development of the Training Centre and Services Abroad of ISCAP. Currently he is responsible for the Information Systems discipline group of CTeSP. Member of the Scientific Committee of CEOS.PP research centre. Member of the board of the master's degree in Digital Communication.
