Associate Researcher

PhD student in Strategic and Organisational Communication at ICS (U.Minho), member of the Communication and Society Research Centre (CECS-U.Minho) and Master of International Economic and Social Relations at the School of Economics and Management (U.Minho). Professor at ISCAP in the area of Business Assistance and Organisational Communication (Traditional Teaching and B-Learning) and member of CEOS (ISCAP-IPP). Member of the Advisory Board of Porto Design Factory (DFGN), where she develops consulting and mentoring activities. Reviewer of the Comunicando Journal from the Portuguese Society of Communication Sciences. Author of one book and co-author of another, in the area of Business Assistance and Communication and two book chapters. Her areas of expertise are: Strategic Communication; Organisational Identity and Institutional Brand; Leadership; Organisational Culture and Organisational Reputation.
