Diana Aguiar Vieira - PhD in Psychology - teaches Behavioural Sciences and her research interests include Career, Alumni, Coaching, Employability, Self-Efficacy, Soft Skills and Decent Work. She has been a member of several scientific committees and in 2016 founded the ICAReAlumni International Conference https://icarealumni.com/. She has been involved in European and Brazilian research projects and partnerships (UniPisa, UNICAMP, USP, UFBA, UFRJ). Her PhD thesis on university-to-work transition won the national prize “Prémio Agostinho Roseta” from the Portuguese Ministry of Labour, Solidarity and Social Security.
