Eva Petiz Lousã

Eva Petiz Lousã is a senior lecturer at the Porto Accounting and Business School, Polytechnic Institute of Porto. She has a PhD in Psychology, with a specialisation in Organisational, Work and Human Resources Psychology from the University of Coimbra. She holds a Master of Psychology, with a specialisation in Social Psychology, from the University of Porto. Her research interests are Leadership, Organisational Culture, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management Practices and Digital Transformation. She has participated in international conferences and national and international projects and she is the author of technical books and articles in national and international scientific journals. She collaborates as a peer reviewer in national and international scientific journals.
