Senior lecturer at ISCAP in the area of Administrative Assistance and Organisational Communication. She holds a Bachelor of Languages and Secretariat, field of Administration Secretariat – ISCAP, a Master of Education Sciences – IT in Teaching – University of Minho and a PhD in Education – Lusófona University. Researcher at CEOS.PP, Languages, Communication and Education Unit (UELCE), Communication and Languages in Organisational Environments (CLOE) research line. Coordinator of the Employability and Internships Office at ISCAP. Member of the Scientific Board of the master's degree in Administrative Assistance. Speaker in the fields of Administrative Assistance/Secretariat, Protocol, Events Organisation, PR, and Communication. Co-author of the ”Organização e Técnicas Empresariais” book.
