Joana Oliveira

Junior Researcher

Master’s student in Human Resources Management and Development at ISCAP – Instituto Politécnico do Porto, and holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Portucalense Infante D. Henrique. She is currently working on her Master’s thesis, focusing on green organisational culture, green human resources management and environmental performance. At the same time, she is undertaking an internship in the areas of remuneration and benefits, as well as in Talent Acquisition, where she has the opportunity to apply and deepen her knowledge of strategic recruitment, talent management and the analysis of benefits policies. Her interests centre on the themes of organisational culture, strategic human resources management, sustainability and corporate social responsibility, and digital transformation in human resources management.
