Jorge Ferreira

Junior Researcher

Jorge Ferreira is a consultant and is conducting postdoctoral research in Innovation in Management at the University of Évora and in the Sociology of Management at the University of Porto. He holds a PhD in Cultural Studies from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, and his research interests include: leadership, organisational culture, innovation, strategy, human resources and management. He also has an interest in the visual arts, psychoanalysis and social psychiatry.
