Associate Researcher

Senior lecturer at ISCAP in the Social Sciences area, in the Human Resources group. Bachelor of Psychology, Master of Health Psychology and PhD in Health Psychology from the University of Minho. He holds an Executive Master of Leadership and Organisational Coaching from EADA, Business School, a specialisation in NeuroTrainingLab from WIO, and another in the Transformational Leadership model from the Institute for Transformational Leadership. He belonged to the PETRO research group at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, belongs to the UNIAG research group, and his main research interests are focused on Organisational Behaviour. He is responsible for the behavioural training at the Porto Executive Academy. In recent years he has focused his research and participation in the Development of Leadership and Teamwork Skills, through New Technologies and Knowledge of Neurosciences.
