Co-founder and vice president of the Portuguese Association for Career Development. Consultant at the International Institute of Executive Education. Researcher at the UNESCO chair in Education for Social Justice and the UNESCO chair in Youth, Education and Society. Member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Youth Education and Society collection, in partnership with the master's degree and PhD programme in Education at the Catholic University of Brasilia. President of the Portuguese Observatory of the UNESCO chair of Youth Education and Society.
