Marlene Silva holds the title of specialist in Human Resources (P.Porto), a diploma of advanced studies in Distance Education (Aberta University), a Master of Technologies and IS Management (ESTG-IPVC) and a Bachelor of Human Resources (ESEIG-IPP). She works in the areas of Management and Development of Human Resources, as HR manager, consultant and trainer in several sectors and entities since 2006. She is professor in Human Resources since 2008 (ISCAP-IPP, ESHT-IPP AND ESEIG-IPP) and member of the Centre for Organisational and Social Studies of P.Porto (CEOS.PP). She is author of educational resources, book chapters, books, papers and scientific communications in HR Management.
