Paulo Vasconcelos

Paulo Vasconcelos holds a Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, a Master of Legal-Corporate Sciences from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, and a PhD in Law from the University of Vigo, Spain. He is a full-time associate professor at ISCAP, since 1990, being the coordinator of the scientific field of Law at the school, as well as member of the technical-scientific board. He practices Private/Civil, Business, Corporate and Tax Law as a freelance lawyer since 1992. He lectured at the Catholic University of Portugal, EGP – Porto Business School, the Professional Accountancy Organisation for Statutory Auditors and the Portuguese Bar Association. He is author of two books and several papers.
