Sandra Bailoa

Associate Researcher

She holds a PhD in Management (2014/06/06), a Master of Economics (2007/02/14) and a Bachelor of Business Management (1996/09/30) from the University of Évora. She is a senior lecturer in the Business Sciences department at the Polytechnic Institute of Beja, where she began teaching in 1997. She currently teaches courses such as Microeconomics, Macroeconomics and Strategic Management, among others. In addition to teaching, she has been coordinating the Bachelor of Business Management since 2018 and also coordinated the CTeSP in International Trade between 2015 and 2019. She has carried out research mainly following the themes of her master's and PhD theses in the area of Intellectual Capital. Her areas of research interest are: Intellectual Capital Management; Knowledge Management; Strategic Management; Information Systems Management; Economics; Finance; Tourism; and Sustainability.
