Junior Researcher

Psychologist (CRP-12/16866), a graduate of the Brusque University Centre (UNIFEBE). She specialises in Psychological Assessment through IPOG and holds a master’s degree and is a PhD candidate in the Postgraduate Programme in Psychology at UFSC, currently undertaking a doctoral placement at the Centre for Organisational and Social Studies at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, in Portugal. She is a partner at Caminhos da Gestão, a consultancy specialising in Strategic People Management, and works as a university lecturer on the Psychology course at UNIFEBE, where she also coordinates the Postgraduate Programme in Applied Psychological Assessment. In addition, she is president of the Brazilian Human Resources Association (ABRH), Brusque regional branch; a researcher at the Laboratory of Information and Career Guidance (LIOP-UFSC); and a representative for the Southern Region of the Brazilian Society of Organisational and Occupational Psychology (SBPOT).
