Christina Maria Gomes

Christina Maria de Oliveira enrolled in the PhD programme of the Faculty of Law (Labour Law and Social Security department) of the University of Salamanca, Spain, dedicated to the "La Regulácion del Mercado de Trabajo" programme. She has a Diploma of Advanced Studies with mention of outstanding and excellent, and holds a PhD with distinction since December 2015. Currently, she is enrolled in the postdoct programme at the University of Salamanca, in the area of Labour Law and Social Security.
In 2022, she also completed the postgraduate course in Corporate Law from IDET, Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, with the mention of GOOD.
She is professor of the polytechnic higher education, working at CBS-ISCAC, Polytechnic University of Coimbra, as a senior lecturer.
She is also part of the Board of the master's degree in Solicitorship and the respective scientific committee.
She is registered in research centres, namely CEOS, CEPESE, JusGov, CBS-Research Centre and Cielo Laboral. She is author of several scientific research articles and belongs to scientific committees of several legal journals.
