Viviana Meirinhos, a researcher at CEOS.PP and lecturer at ISCAP, supervised a study carried out by Marta Soares da Costa, an ISCAP student, on women’s careers and the redefinition of the concept of professional success.

The study, featured in Pessoas Magazine, was carried out within the framework of CEOS.PP and reflects the academic supervision and guidance provided by Viviana Meirinhos, contributing to the development of a critical analysis of the ways in which success is traditionally measured in career trajectories.
The research shows that professional success is not limited to conventional indicators such as hierarchical promotions or financial rewards, proposing a broader and more multidimensional understanding of women’s careers.
