FCEP and CEOS.PP at Happiness Camp 2026
FCEP/UTP and CEOS.PP took part in Happiness Camp 2026 as research partners, in a collaboration that involved collecting data from participants and speakers at the event. Held on 24 September at Alfândega do Porto, the event brought together professionals, companies and experts to discuss the changes that are reshaping the world of work.
One of the initiatives developed as part of this partnership was the Financial Impact questionnaire, aimed at participants, speakers, staff and other stakeholders at Happiness Camp. The survey received 744 responses, enabling the collection of a wide range of data on the event’s impact and the experiences of the various groups involved.
Under the theme “The Reset”, Happiness Camp 2026 focused on the transformations currently taking place in the world of work and within organisations. Artificial intelligence, leadership, mental health, human behaviour, talent, organisational culture, communication and new skills were among the topics covered throughout the programme.
The partnership between FCEP/UTP, CEOS.PP and Happiness Camp brings research closer to the business context and enables scientific work to be carried out using data collected at an event that brings together different professionals and organisations.
FCEP/UTP and CEOS.PP were represented by Manuel Silva, Director of FCEP; Susana Pinto, Coordinator of FCEP’s Communications and Public Relations Office; Cristina Lopes and Rui Bertuzi, lecturers at FCEP and Deputy Directors of CEOS.PP; and Manuel Salvador Araújo, lecturer at FCEP and researcher at CEOS.
