CEOS.PP and ISCAP are organising the International Conference on Organisational and Management Studies (ICOMS 2025). Research papers can be submitted until 23 April.

ICOMS, which takes place on 29 and 30 May at ISCAP, aims to provide a space for sharing research and the latest advances in the fields of organisational and management studies.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Professor Edward Altman

Professor Edward Altman, Emeritus Professor of Finance at the Stern School of Business, New York University, will be the keynote speaker at ICOMS 2025.
Professor Altman was one of the founders (1977) and Executive Editor of the Journal of Banking and Finance and Consulting Editor of the John Wiley Frontiers in Finance Series. He has published and edited two dozen books and more than 160 articles in academic journals in the fields of finance, accounting and economics. His work has been published in many languages, including Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese and Spanish. In 2005, Prof Altman was named one of the ‘100 most influential people in finance’ by Treasury & Risk Management magazine.
Professor Edward Altman is the Chairman of the ICOMS 2025 Scientific Committee.
We welcome three types of original articles:
- Full Paper (up to 12 pages);
- Short Paper (up to 7 pages);
- Extended Abstract (2 pages).
Articles should be submitted in English and must not have been previously published or be under review elsewhere.
TEMPLATE ABSTRACT
PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted works presented at ICOMS 2025 will have an abstract or extended abstract included in the conference proceedings, which will be published in open access and with DOI by CEOS.PP Publishing, and distributed to all participants. Short and full-length papers will be sent for potential Fast-Track publication in one of the journals associated with the conference, listed below. Additionally, the editors of the hereunder journals are members of the scientific committee. They will review conference papers and invite selected authors to submit their manuscripts for peer review and Fast-Track publication.

We welcome research papers in the form of full-length papers or extended abstracts.

- Accounting, Auditing and Taxation.

Note that there is a strict policy limiting a single author to a maximum of five affiliated manuscripts across the conference submissions. Acceptance is based on the condition that at least one author will register and present the paper at the conference. No more than 2 papers can be presented by the same person. Failure to present will result in the removal of the paper from the conference proceedings, or any associated publication outlet.

- Normal fee: 200 € (conference)
- Student fee: 100 € (conference)

The conference fee includes lunch on 30 May and coffee breaks on both days.
