The Challenges4U2 training course aims to reinforce learning in mathematics and develop skills that facilitate students' integration into the labour market.

Integrated into the ISCAP/CEOS.PP MatActiva project, under the Impulso Jovens STEAM programme of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), the training uses logical-deductive challenges to develop skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, resilience, creativity and autonomy, skills valued by companies in both recruitment and professional development.
Target audience
The course is aimed at ISCAP students, with selection based on curriculum assessment, considering age under 23 (30%), participation in previous MatActiva project training courses (30%) and a letter of motivation (40%).
Scholarships of €500 are available:
6 merit scholarships for students with the best performance (final grade ≥ 14 points).
1 incentive scholarship for unemployed students.
