Objectives and Aims:
LOGISKILL addresses low participation of low-skilled logistics workers in adult learning despite abundant opportunities. The project responds to Topic 10 "Adult Education – Motivation in Motion" through an integrated approach combining behavioral activation, mobile micro-learning, XR immersive training, and workplace support.
The project develops: (1) a validated Logistics Skills & Motivation Inventory (LS-SMI) and EQF/ESCO-aligned competence framework identifying skills gaps and participation barriers; (2) an integrated digital ecosystem with XR/VR simulations, trainer-centered LMS platform, and gamified mobile app; (3) a two-stage pilot testing the combined intervention across five countries with ~300 lowskilled logistics workers.
LOGISKILL generates robust evidence on "what works, for whom, and under which conditions" in activating adult learning participation. All outputs—curricula, digital tools, XR scenarios, and policy recommendations—will be released as Open Educational Resources supporting replication across sectors and EU countries.
The transnational consortium (10 partners across Turkey, Portugal, Finland, Germany, Bulgaria, Spain, Belgium) integrates higher education institutions, technology SMEs, logistics organizations, public employment services, and policy networks, ensuring methodological rigor, technological innovation, sectoral relevance, and policy uptake.
By project end, LOGISKILL delivers: validated behavioral learning model; increased participation and completion rates among lowskilled workers; consolidated evidence datasets; and evidence-based policy recommendations supporting EU and national stakeholders in mainstreaming motivation-driven adult learning across labor-intensive sectors.
