Aims and Objectives: The general objective of our project is to unveil soft skills, agreeing on a new frame for “not-so-soft-skills” and creating training paths for addressing the companies' real NSSS needs, easing the matchmaking between companies and students. In other words, the main objective is to provide ad hoc tools and methods, organised by structured courses, which could ensure effective and efficient Pareto results.
