PACCDIN – Annual Programme of Short Research Courses | 4th Edition
CEOS.PP is organising the 4th edition of PACCDIN, an annual programme comprising 16 short courses on key topics in research.

With the aim of fostering a culture of scientific inquiry, these courses are specifically aimed at early-career researchers, but are open to the wider scientific community wishing to deepen their knowledge.
All courses will take place in person, in the Sala Nobre at CEOS.PP, and online, with free participation subject to registration.
WHY TAKE PART IN PACCDIN?
To encourage student participation in PACCDIN and, above all, to foster effective research and participation in scientific meetings, CEOS.PP awards ECTS credits for training hours and independent research work, as follows:
1. 1 ECTS – attendance at 28 hours of training (PACCDIN + Researcher’s Coffee), with a minimum of 85 per cent of PACCDIN training hours;
2. 2 ECTS – Training as per point 1 + submission of 2 short abstracts or 1 long abstract to a journal or conference*;
3. 4 ECTS – Training as per point 1 + presentation of a paper at a conference + submission of an article to a conference*;
