Between 1 and 3 July, ISCAP hosted the international workshop Co-designing the WE-MIND Online Platform, an initiative that brought together partners from Portugal, Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina to develop a digital platform to support mental health in higher education.

The initiative took place at ISCAP and the Higher School of Health (ESS), involving the P.PORTO team and representatives from R.I.T. Kosovo, SSST, IBCM and UNSA. Over the course of three days, the participants worked together to define the key features and objectives of the future online platform for the WE-MIND project.

The workshop aims to create a digital tool tailored to the needs identified by students at partner institutions in Kosovo and Bosnia and Herzegovina, helping to promote psychological wellbeing and foster more inclusive academic environments.

Throughout the workshop, co-design methodologies were applied, enabling different perspectives and experiences in the field of mental health to be brought together. The work carried out served to establish the guidelines for the platform, which aims to address the challenges faced by students in the Western Balkans.

The meeting marked another milestone in the WE-MIND project, strengthening cooperation between the partner institutions and the development of joint strategies to promote mental health and wellbeing within academic communities.
