CEOS.PP researchers Dr Rui Bertuzi and Dr Paulino Silva were part of the group of trainers in collaboration with German trainers Martin Elger, Olaf Nieder and Oliver Bender for the 17th edition of Change Management, a Simulation Workshop aimed at "Change Management".
This edition was attended by 24 German and Portuguese students who spent a day and a half learning, in a simulated environment, the most effective strategies for managing change in a company.
