Brainstorming Research Workshop takes place during ISCAP's International Week

On April 8th, CEOS.PP - Centro de Estudos Organizacionais e Sociais do Politécnico do Porto - organized the Brainstorming Research Workshop, as part of the 18th International Week of ISCAP (IW2025). re at ISCAP's International Week.

Coordinated by researchers Dr. Elif Ozturk and Rita Mota, the workshop was attended by 26 teachers and researchers from Latvia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Slovenia, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia and Portugal, promoting an environment of international collaboration and sharing good practices in higher education.

The session began with an institutional presentation by CEOS.PP vice-director Alexandra Albuquerque, followed by a speech by ISCAP project manager Paula Carvalho on funding opportunities for higher education. After these interventions, the participants were divided into working groups, organized around six themes: Digital Transformation and Innovation; Sustainable Development and Green Initiatives; Intercultural Communication and Global Business; Human Resources Management and Organizational Transformation; Technology and Language Learning; and Entrepreneurship and SME Development.

The results of this working session were extremely promising and reflect the potential for creating synergies between institutions in different countries. CEOS.PP will continue to support the development of these ideas with the aim of soon submitting collaborative project proposals for European funding.
