Miguel Cachulo Pereira (ISCA-UA / ISCAC-IPC) and Lara Mendes (ISCAC-IPC), researchers at CEOS.PP, are inviting submissions for chapters for the book Driving Engagement and Loyalty Through Customer-Centric Digital Marketing, which they are editing.
