CEOS.PP joins forces with Happiness Camp to explore the future of work
Researchers and experts from various fields will gather at Happiness Camp 2026 on 24 September at Alfândega do Porto to discuss the future of work. CEOS.PP is taking part as a partner, linking research to the key challenges that are transforming organisations.
Artificial intelligence, leadership, human behaviour, mental health, talent, culture, communication and skills development are some of the topics that will be discussed throughout the event.
This year’s event will feature experts and professionals from various fields and international organisations, including Mariana van Zeller, Adam Hickman from The Walt Disney Company, Camille Phillips from Meta, Miriah Steiger from TikTok, Beena Ammanath from the Deloitte AI Institute, and Max Klymenko from The Career Ladder.
Spanning a single day, the programme includes discussions and learning sessions dedicated to different aspects of the future of work: technology, management, behaviour and human development.
