CEOS.PP researcher moderates 1st Plenary Session of the XX CICA

At the invitation of the Organising Committee of the XX International Congress on Accounting and Auditing (CICA), Cláudia Teixeira, lecturer at ISCAP and researcher at CEOS.PP, moderated the first plenary session, entitled 'From Unsustainable to Sustainable Accounting: a call to action'.

The XX International Congress on Accounting and Auditing (CICA), organised by ISCA-University of Aveiro and the Order of Chartered Accountants (OCC), took place on 30 and 31 October. Joan Ballantine, from Ulster University, and Ian Thomson, from the University of Dundee, were the keynote speakers at the plenary session.

The CEOS.PP researcher also participated in the workshop “Sustainability in Practice”, which took place on both days of the event. These were highly interesting and productive sessions, with the participation of teachers and students from various higher education institutions, researchers, professionals and members of the OCC.
