Luciana Oliveira, lecturer at ISCAP and researcher at CEOS.PP, was awarded first place in the Interinstitutional Incentive Award for Innovative Teaching Practices (IIPPI), an initiative of the INOV-NORTE consortium, Centre of Excellence for Pedagogical Innovation in the Northern Region.

The distinction was unanimously awarded to the project ‘The Trends Hub – Ecosystem for co-creation and networked assessment with contribution pedagogy’, an innovative pedagogical practice developed in the Trends in Business Communication course of the Bachelor's Degree in Business Communication.
The project is based on the Student Contributing Pedagogy (CSP) model, which fosters cooperation between students, between students and external experts, and between students and academic and professional networks in the construction, co-construction and promotion of knowledge. It is a pedagogical model that is highly sensitive to the social responsibility that academia has in providing environments that activate the integral development of the individual, strengthening their professional and academic identity. Consequently, it provides opportunities for personal and professional expression, increasing motivation and reinforcing the students' sense of purpose, for an active and meaningful socio-professional presence.
This recognition comes after Luciana Oliveira was also awarded 1st place in the Prática+ (P.PORTO) Award, reinforcing the impact and consistency of her work in the area of pedagogical innovation in higher education. With this distinction, CEOS.PP, ISCAP and P.PORTO are recognised, at an interinstitutional level, for their commitment to innovative pedagogical practices, focused on the student, the co-creation of knowledge and effective links to the academic and professional community.
The IIPPI award ceremony took place on 4 December 2025, at the INOV-NORTE Forum, held at the Monastery of Leça do Balio.
