Challenges4U Course — Applications now open

The “Challenges4U” training course aims to equip ISCAP students with a set of cross-cutting skills that will help them in their future professional integration. Applications can be submitted online until 13 November.

ree

Challenges4U aims to promote and support initiatives that contribute to boosting the higher education qualifications of young people in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM), in order to respond to the latest demands of the labour market.

Students are challenged to develop crucial skills through the use of innovative teaching practices, active learning methodologies and gamification dynamics. The skills to be developed include logical and critical thinking (efficient problem analysis and solving), collaboration and communication (teamwork and idea sharing), resilience (overcoming difficulties and persistence in the face of challenges), creativity (searching for original solutions) and autonomy (decision-making and developing personal confidence).

These experiences contribute to the strengthening of soft skills, which are increasingly valued in academic and professional contexts.

Promoted by ISCAP, the ‘Challenges4U’ course is part of the MatActiva – Promotion of learning in Mathematics project, integrated into the STEAM Youth Impulse Programme of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), and is supported by CEOS.PP.
