COST Action Meeting: CEOS.PP researchers organise international event

Anabela Mesquita and Adriana Oliveira, lecturers at ISCAP and researchers at CEOS.PP, organised a COST Action meeting focusing on the theme of Group W2 Digitalisation and Ageing Culture in Organisations.

The meeting is part of the COST Action Inequalities in Work in Old Age Redefined by Digitalisation (DIGI-net) and aimed to consolidate contributions to the project's conceptual framework, prepare guidance documents and publications, and gather contributions for upcoming conferences.

Researcher Anabela Mesquita, co-leader of the W2 Digitalisation and Ageing Culture in Organisations Group, highlights the importance of this initiative in deepening reflection on the impacts of digitalisation on inequalities at work in later life.

The meeting took place on 30 September and 1 October 2025, in the Sala Nobre of CEOS.PP / ISCAP, and will be attended by international researchers and experts dedicated to the topic.
