HR Junior Research'26

CEOS.PP has once again partnered with the organisers of HR Junior Research, an annual initiative run by the Master’s in Human Resource Management and Development, which aims to encourage students to engage in scientific research.

The event, aimed at young researchers in the field of Human Resources, provided a forum for knowledge-sharing, critical reflection and the presentation of work in progress, thereby strengthening the link between academic training and research practice.

This year’s event took place on 10 April 2026 in Room 105 at ISCAP, with the participation of Ana Veríssimo, Carla Malta, Afonso Lemos and Maria Brandão, who presented their contributions and perspectives in the field of Human Resources.

This initiative reaffirms the importance of encouraging students’ early involvement in research, contributing to the development of scientific skills and the strengthening of the academic community in this field.
