Short Bio:
Carla Sousa Pinto is graduated in Psychology from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Lisbon, and holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the School of Economics and Management of Minho University. She has conducted her entire professional path in the Organizational and Human Resources Development area, where she specialized. She began her career as a Human Resources Consultant and then as a Human Resources Technician in Companies from different business sectors. Since 2017 she is a Senior Consultant at Mercer Jason Associates, where both as Project Manager and team member, she participates in several projects for definition, creation, optimization and development of HR models and processes, for companies from various activity sectors.
