Aims and Objectives: TAClaro is an innovative knowledge transfer project from the academy to the local community, seeking to decode and “untangle” the financial information that the Portuguese municipalities provide for their citizens, making it intelligible and accessible to all, regardless of their academic and literacy degree. This project is the outcome of a challenge launched by the Municipality of Valongo (CMV) to ISCAP – P.Porto and is under development since 2015.
